Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not order date. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship same day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location) to track your package in real time.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@noviqe.com.

Return Policy

What We Accept

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused items in original, undamaged packaging
  • Items with original tags and accessories included
  • Defective items at any time (no time limit)

What We Cannot Accept

  • Opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items

How to Return

  1. 1Email hello@noviqe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 2We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. 3Pack your items securely and drop the package off at any post office or carrier location.
  4. 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.

If you paid with Shop Pay or PayPal, refunds appear in your account within 1–3 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.
